I have checked with latest version of Chrome and ChromePasswordDecryptor works perfectly fine.

You will experience this problem if you are running Chrome as the password database file will be locked. In that case, you can either close the Chrome and run the tool to see the passwords. 

Other way is to copy the database file &#039;WebData&#039; from Chrome profile location to desktop and then use that path to view the passwords in the ChromePasswordDecryptor tool
